School is 280 square meters including three training rooms , office , waiting area , changing rooms , showers / toillets , office etc. Taekwondo Cyprus many people practice tkd for its self - defense benefits, but is also an art that is studied and appreciated for its beauty and grace in movement. Through strict discipline TKD trains both body and mind placing great emphasis on the development on moral character.
